Flowrox™ slurry knife gate valves
Heavy duty slurry knife gate valve isolates flow even in the most demanding process conditions. The bi-directional flow tolerates backflow and elastomer sleeves on both sides of the gate provide tight shut off. Flowrox knife gate valve follows the concept of the ease of maintenance. The valve body is cast in one piece which eliminates the need for sealing between the body halves. Load distribution ring is integrated into the valve sleeves. The valve contains only two service parts; ring sleeves and secondary seal.

Neles™ MC V-port segment valves, series R2
We have created a specially designed series R2 segment valves for 8-19 % medium consistency applications. The valve provides an optimized flow path for medium consistency pulp. The flow path is continuously increased to eliminate restrictions where material may build up. The outlet flange is one size bigger than the inlet to ensure this. V-contoured flow path enables to control small capacities without risk of dewatering.
Pinch valves
Flowrox™ pinch valves are designed for reliable operation in both isolation (shut-off) and flow control applications. Each valve is built to perform in the most demanding conditions, where conventional valves often suffer from wear due to increased turbulence.
