The next-generation Valmet IQ WMS sets a new benchmark in image quality and usability.
Equipped with two high-performance LED light units as standard, it provides the most powerful illumination in the industry. Synchronized with the camera, the LEDs deliver sharper, more detailed images up to 4K, enabling better root cause analysis. Even a single light unit outperforms other suppliers. But with two units, operators can monitor the process with exceptional precision.
Designed for easy installation and maximum flexibility, the system features the smallest camera in its class. Its world-class zoom pinhole optics provide crisp, reliable images even in the most demanding environments, including tight spaces prone to dust, vibration or heat.
Better production line performance
Valmet IQ WMS not only delivers high-definition live video feeds but also captures high-resolution still images to record critical events in the process. Images of web breaks, tail threading and defects are automatically synchronized by position and easily accessible for review through the Valmet IQ WMS user interface, helping operators effortlessly trace the origin of defects.
