Process networking

Stonel FieldLink program enables you to take advantage of field-based communication technologies to cut installation and maintenance costs and improve operating performance. In thousands of applications Stonel has demonstrated installation savings up to 40%, improved flexibility and reduced infrastructure requirements. With communication networks, vital predictive maintenance and performance measures may also be transmitted from field instruments to the asset management or operation control centers further reducing maintenance costs. A broad range of networking protocols is supported. They include AS-Interface, DeviceNet, Modbus, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus and more.

Stonel™ FieldBlock (FN) networking enclosures

Six-drop units with a variety of configurations to interconnect field devices to the fieldbus communication network in nonincendive, intrinsically safe, and general purpose applications.
Stonel™ Junction module (JX) networking enclosures

Single-drop units suitable for use in corrosive process environments with hard conduit or flexible wiring systems and preinstalled with many fieldbus communication capabilities.
Masters/Gateways

Devices control communication networks and offer many options for interfacing with your control architecture.
Power supplies

General purpose or nonincendive rated for hazardous areas, they offer signal conditioning circuits and short circuit protection for powering up networks
Drop connectors

Drop connectors offer a variety of switching and protection options providing improved reliability, enhanced safety and increased network maintainability.
AS-Interface

AS-Interface networks up to 62 field devices onto a single pair of wires that delivers both signal and power.
DeviceNet

DeviceNet protocol dramatically reduces costs by integrating up to 62 devices on a 4-wire trunk network. Communications data is carried over two wires with a second pair of wires carrying power.
IO-Link

IO-Link field devices provide for easy deployment and utilize advanced diagnostics to improve preventative maintenance, reduce trouble shooting, and minimize failures for ultimate cost savings.
I/O modules

I/O modules interface discrete and analog conventional devices into communication networks in the field. Several configurations for field-based interfaces. (Available in Field Enclosures)
Remote access with Stonel™ Wireless Link app

Discover convenient remote access and advanced diagnostics of your automated on/off valves when you install Stonel™ Axiom™, Eclipse™ and Prism™ valve communication solutions featuring Bluetooth® technology. Wireless capabilities compatible with Android and iOS devices.
