Development of orders received and order backlog

Order backlog on March 31, 2025

Order backlog amounted to EUR 4,574 million at the end of March 2025, which is at the same level as at the end of December 2024 and 21 percent higher than at the end of March 2024. Approximately 25 percent of the order backlog relates to the Services segment, 15 percent to the Automation segment, and 60 percent to the Process Technologies segment (at the end of March 2024, 30%, 15% and 55% respectively). Approximately EUR 2.9 billion of the order backlog is currently expected to be realized as net sales during 2025 (at the end of Q1/2024, EUR 2.9 billion was expected to be realized as net sales during 2024).
